Toxic DeathStart at the left hand side of the top shelf of the bar, the one with all the dusty bottles of sticky stuff, one shot from each into half-pint glass, neck in one. Fall over.
Also referred to as an Engineer when topped with crushed crisps.
For some reason, it's always green in colour.
