Haggis pakorais the business. And you can actually get vegetarian haggis, ancrenne.
Although the whole point of haggis is that it's made of offal, so the idea of a vegetarian version is ludicrous to my mind. Nobody's tried to make a carrot out of meat (at least to my knowledge - b3tards may know better!)
