One guy came over with my first stupid problem of the day
"I cleared a jam in the printer and the front door won't close"
"Yeah, you'll have not closed the catches on the internal components. Go do that."
"I'm not being funny, but I've been struggling with it for fifteen minutes."
"*big sigh* It better not be the catches, mate".

I closed three catches that were hanging open, glared at him and walked off without a word.

IT BADASS. I'm so rough and tough and dangerous :)))
