@LoonIt's looking pretty bad over this side of the pond as well. I work in the financial sector and over the last six months we've seen our long term job prospects waver a little.
Several big HQs here have already started laying off staff. I may not like my job, but by cracky I need it!
edit: al, I resent your use of the word "cunt" in reference to our Chancellor. After all, one of them can give immense pleasure - and it's not the one in Downing Street!
