Bin sympathyI have to trundle my wheelie bin to the end of the road to get it collected. I did so this afternoon after emptying my kitchen bin. I went down to the bin about half an hour later with a bag full of guinea pig poo and somebody had, quite literally, filled my bin with bits of polystyrene! The cheek of it! This country...
