My uncle is a JW... A very simple question works thusly:
Me: So, Jesus was born on 25th December, right?
UJW: Yes.
Me: And we celebrate his birth on 25th December every year right?
UJW: Yes.
Me: And he died at Easter, correct?
UJW: Yes, that's right.
Me: So why do we celebrate Easter in April some years, and May in others?
UJW: What? Er... Oh, look, I need to mow the lawn.
(I understand there is likely a simple answer to my question, but fuck it anyway!)
