Me and a couple of friends had a gang when we were about 8.We'd hang out in this base we had in some woods near my house and have swordfights with sticks and build bows with sticks and string and fire arrows with them that were made out of sticks.
Because this was in suburban Guildford, we had to share the base with about four other gangs as the "wood" was about thirty yards broad.
