doesn't it say on the deeds or summat which boundaries you're responsible for?I know we're responsible for that really handsome fence over there and the neighbours are responsible for that really shitty panel fence over there

Nope, checked that, no boundary markers on the land registry so they're shared boundaries.usually get a T mark to shoe which is yours, but there's nothing. Possibly because they're old terraces so would have one stage been shared gardens.
