@CHCBIf you're prepared to bodge, then getting an old front pipe off a scrapped motor is the way to go. But you may have trouble getting it off the exhaust manifold, and separating it from the middle pipe. Take a blowtorch with you!
It's a Renault, so it'll cost a fortune* for a new one.
