I'm not quite sureI can't ever remember buying any. All my cars have had painted bumpers, and my current car hasn't got any black trim on it whatsoever.
Why I've got some lacquer too I don't know - I've never resprayed anything.
The only conclusion I can draw is that I must have bought it when I was drunk. Either that or I live in the vicinity of some petrolhead squirrels who are using my garage as some sort of hoarding location.
