@rubberduckFunnily enough, I just replaced my rear discs. Bought them from ebay at 2/3 of Renault's price, for the genuine article, and fitted them myself.
Worth a go. It's not a difficult job if you have the tools and a half day spare.
Edit, in light of comment below: Even with Brembo brakes, the job shouldn't be any more difficult. Although sourcing the parts on ebay might be!
