Woohoo!Just had a call to say that the electrician is going to be installing our new washing machine in half an hour!
Unfortunately we've been sans washing machine for a whole month, despite numerous calls to the letting agency. One guy did come to poke at the machine 2 weeks ago, then went off to 'order parts' without telling the agency. Seems replacement parts were too expensive, so we're getting a 'new' (well, new to us) mashine today.
