@ BKNo chance. I think he should get a lesser penalty or no penalty at all, but there's absolutely no chance. It'll either get dismissed on a technicality or left as is.

Edit: that said, check out the first story at www.f1fanatic.co.uk - perhaps there's more of a chance than I thought. BTW, if you're into F1, I can thoroughly recommend that site :)
