Thank you for bringing this to my attention and I can only apologise for your bags unexpected return. I am with you on this one and to be honest I think an "anonymous dump" on the reception prior to departure is almost too hard to resist!

While it's entirely possible that the festering rubbish bag has evolved into a creature possessing greater intelligence than the reception staff I have to agree that it appears some petty member of staff has left it outside and done a runner.

I will be escalating this to our account manager at Marlin to offer an explanation into this and will keep you updated on the progress with this.

Thanks for being so understanding, I hope apart from the paranormal activity of your rubbish bags the stay has been a comfortable and enjoyable one.
