I saw
a good acoustic version of Stand By Me and even joined-in the singalong of the chorus... perfect if it's that type of gig and people are gonna be a bit pissed :)

I do acoustic covers of Incubus tracks - A Certain Shade of Green (their version is online I'm sure) and Megalomaniac.

Also Creep by Radiohead cos it's a classic, and great with two guitars.

Edit: looking at my set list, I can also recommend Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You (lovely chords and surprisingly easy for those who like a pint when they play) and Fall At Your Feet by Crowded House, with or without vocal harmony.
