*panics*Pathology report:
25/9/08.
Subject has extensive lacerations, bite-marks on the liver and kidneys and is missing most of their blood.
Research into their medical records shows that they were in hospital to have an appendectomy.
They vanished from outside the operating theatre whilst fully sedated.
Conclusion:
Cause of death was pre-mortem autopsy.
