I'd eliminate.....Germany. I hate the country, I hate the people, I hate "logical to an illogical end" attitude and I hate their cars (Volkswagens are rubbish, Toyotas are much better, more reliable and cheaper). As much as I love "Black Forest Gateau" it's not enough to save it.
Belgium comes a close second.
