@CHCBYou can do it. I have. It requires some cunning, good 3D visualisation skills, brute force and a little bit of luck.
You will have to apply a lot of force to get the old ones off, as they usually rust into place.
And you will cut your fingers on the sharp edge of the hook on the wiper arm, when the old blade suddenly gives way. So buy some sticking plasters first.
