Well
The short version is that I was drunk, and got into the passenger seat of the car while talking to a young lady.
I got kind of half in, but was leaning out still, talking to her.

I pulled the door shut, on my head. The bit above the window smacked me on the forehead, but the window was open, so I didn't break my nose.

EDIT: It was a small, low car, and I'm tall.
