It is a proper.bastard.It's usually happened only in my feet (and occasionally the knee) so I can kind of 'tell the signs' when it's about to attack, but this time...well I was pissed...and...

I mean - I ask you!
So the pain killers make me throw up, and the gout tablets give me thermo nuuclear trotts.
