TGBWater, paracetamol and once your stomach can handle it then food. Do not smoke until feeling normal. That's what works for me.
Stig. Why not get the manual for your works phone system and find inventive ways to annoy coworkers. We have an intercept feature on ours where you can dial an extension and intercept any incoming call. You answer it as the relevant dept and then tell them to fuck off before putting the phone down. If you're angry - Everyone should be angry!
