Dear K2k6Never mind the hassle - the joy I'll get from responding in that manner will ensure I'm in a chipper mood for the rest of the day.
Plus I just received a message from Paypal - a company claimed to deliver something but they bloody didn't, so Paypal have charged them for it and are refunding me my £150. Yay!
