I've seen far worse, I assure you.I worked with an equipment engineer whose cubicle was so packed with odd bits of machinery and electronics and papers that there was room to walk into it and room for him to sit- and no more.
I work under an engineer whose cubicle is about four to six inches deep in paper, and has lots of odd bits of machines all over besides- steel cables, Eurodrive AM Adapters, helical gears, a pneumatic cylinder, aluminum floor supports, you name it.
Mine looks almost monastic by compare.
