Weekend Lard-FestJust been shopping for the clan and got a bit overexcited.
Spare ribs tonight in a sort of sticky chinese glaze thing, crispy seaweed, broccoli & mushrooms in oyster sauce, crispy Thai noodles and maybe Oriental Potato Lumps (TM).
Tomorrow it's slow-roasted chicken bits smothered in garlic, rosemary and some odds and sods.
Sometimes there are advantages to being a sad unemployed git with no social life.
