No, I think they were just a bit mental! We do get some fucking weirdos call here every now and then. Like the fucking nasty old bint the other week who demanded to speak to a Canadian. I told her I couldn't guarantee that the person I put her through to would be a Canadian so she went mental at me.

Or the woman who called yesterday and said she'd lost a photocopy of a document from 1922 and needed to speak to someone. I asked her what the document was (I thought this was quite a reasonable question) so she actually shouted at me that it wasn't a document, it was a photocopy of a document from 1922 and that I was obviously a moran if I didn't know what departemt she wanted....

Take my advice kids, never work for a bank.
