But strangelyFirst Direct, HSBC's more polite brothers, are awesome.
No speaking to computers, never put on hold and always get to speak to friendly Yorkshiremen.
They're even cool about temporary 'cash flow issues', and extended my overdraft by £lots for a couple of days for free to help me though something, even though I didn't ask for it.
