The government reckons over........£1bn of taxpayers' money has been lost because of idiot councils putting the money in the ICEsave bank (instead of putting it into a british bank and supporting british jobs).
So, if not finding a job/paying your mortgage or rent/savings in jeopardy (delete as applicable) wasn't worrying you already, then you can look forward to higher council tax to fund this, quite frankly, grand larceny of money!
