@TGBI quite like the old wedges too, but there's still a fair few of them around if you know where to look. The Princess I got upset about being banger raced was one of these. The shell was solid, and there were only about 6,000 made in the first place :(
Ancrenne - You're welcome to banger race an L-plate Cavalier. I'd put it in the same bracket as my Granada - i.e. 80s/90s stuff that there's still plenty of good examples of. There will come a day though when they too are rare...
