Sois anyone else going to try my recipe for gumbo in the what's-for-dinner thread?
I've just tasted it and it has a definite bite- I added paprika and chipotle to it. And some sugar, some molasses and some parsley. Most autumnal in flavor, especially after I added Liquid Smoke...
