Morning, Rubber.I knew that where you lived had an effect on one's premium, but I didn't appreciate it was that much of an effect.
Having said that, though, if you lived in Liverpool or Moss Side, I'd hazard a guess that your insurance premium would be quite hefty....if you could find someone to insurance you!
