AhahahThat's BRILLIANT!
When I had my first examination, the Doctor said "do you feel a slight thickening?" (in reference to the lump) and I had to fight very hard not to say "But I don't find you attractive Doctor."
Sadly, as he had my testicles between thumb and forefinger, he was in a position to cause great pain, so I declined...
