lovefilmi had the same from lovefilm.com
after signing up for the free trial, i phoned them to cancel it. after the questions about why i wanted to cancel, they asked me if i would be interested in upgrading to a more expensive deal!
wtf??
if i'm cancelling, i'm hardly likely to upgrade am i!?
