Luton v HullCan't say I know either of them, as I've only driven through Luton getting to and from the airport, and I've never been to Hull.
But I seem to remember both came first in consecutive editions of the Britain's Crap Towns book. So I suspect they're on a par.
And if they're worse than places like Swindon or Cumbernauld they must be something!
