@rubberduckI'd like to draw a line on this because it's a more volatile topic, than I gave it credit for.
I used to believe that it was blown out of proportion by the media. But the more I walk my town and other towns, the more I don't like what I see.
Maybe it's just the areas I go to, but I strongly believe there's more scum than there used to be.
