I've actually had to do some workAnd call lots of stores to conduct a quick quetionnaire regarding work that was carried out and interestingly (well it's not really at all but hey) 25% of Customer Service Managers are off on Mondays.
That was really dull. I have another 16 stores to call though :(
Also is it wrong I am making up the answers to any store that doesn't answer the phone?
