Yebbutsurely clever and technical is better than inane and puerile, BGB? Even on here!
I was reiterating my favourite rant of the moment though, the great digital radio and television switchover. Never mention that subject in my presence, unless you want a vitriolic diatribe against Ofcom and the like.

Edit - I'm off to watch The Bill. Pretty much the only telly programme I never miss.
