@ althank you, yes, we did accept the offer. and the mortgage people are being very gentle with us, so we've got all our fingers and toes crossed.
it means we'll be able to move a bit closer to where i work, which will cut down my commute. if we find a place with spare ooms and a big garden to camp in, i might throw a little b3tabash next summer
