Ooo-er, miasmayou are cynical. I have to say we've had virtually no trouble with the laptop. The power cable died a while back and after a quick phone call the replacement arrived next day.
The PC's a Fujitsu Siemens and we've had some major issues with them, mind. *crosses fingers* Nothing recently, but at first ... nightmare.
