I have a small stylised surfboard made of bone or something
on a leather thong that I wear round my neck. I like it because it breaks up the hairy gap in the gaping collar of my shirt :-)

I'm of the opinion that chains round the neck of a bloke are pretty nasty, unless it is a particularly thin one, with the purpose of the chain being to support a tasteful or stylish item.
