Before I head home...
...I thought I'd share my end of day humiliation.

I am certainly among the least IT Literate of B£tans.

But this is poor, even by my standards.

I have a huge amount of mPegs that I needed to make available to a colleague of street interviews.

She does not have access to the same drives as me.

So I emailed the IT guys this morning and explained all the options I'd thought of to enable her to get them and why none of them would work.

8 hours later, I got an email back saying 'use a USB stick'

I'm assuming the 8 hour delay was while they stopped laughing at my stupidity.
