It's the birthday of his best friendwho lives 2 hours from Manchester by bus. He's celebrating it on Sat night, so I thought he would be traveling there on Friday evening at least, back on Sunday. But no, he's going first thing on Friday, after I cried because he wanted to go from Thursday morning.
He forgot to tell me about the birthday. And he thinks his friends will find amusing if I go (I don't really want to go as they're all old friends and I think I'd be just disturbing them)
