@LoonWell, the end result will be you'll only be friends with people who like you for you who are (and put up with the lash of your tongue), and who you like in return (meaning you don't slag off all the time). Could be worse outcomes...
I'm a bit of an optimist though. YMMV (as I think Yanks say more than Brits).
