On the other handthe Amigo is a wonderful car to ride around in during a warm autumn day, as the back lifts off and it becomes a convertible. (And if I have a couple of large boxes in the back it improves the aerodynamics a fair bit, especially if I roll down the windows to let the air through.)
I can't really complain about the Amigo- I've put about 120K miles on it since I've owned it and it still runs.
