The best snow I've ever seen in Londonwas a few years ago. I was working by the tower of London and had to be at work at 7.30am so it was still pretty quiet. Seeing the sun rise by Tower Bridge whilst everything was caked in lovely fluffeh whiteness made going into work that day worth it.
