@clendrixThat's what in-flight entertainment's for. I can't sleep either.
If you fly with Emirates or Singapore Airlines, they have pretty good seatback systems. Also take an iPod, a decent pair of noise cancelling headphones and a thick book. Fills in the time no bother.
I like travelling though. Always have done.
