Al, it's hard to explain. I've left and come back. I'm sort of part of a large muslim family despite being a white, lower-class British atheist. The guy before was sacked on the spot and I was happy enough with that. Not down with compensation culture.

Edit: ta clendrix :) I could look for another job, but there's an element in the company trying to fuck things up and it's what they're trying to achieve, so for the time being I'm not giving them the satisfaction. I'm sort of on the hunt for another job tho.
