@spakkaYes, I realise there are reasons for it, but it's actually introducing a huge quantisation error. When you have 130 million people voting and reduce that to a few hundred electoral college votes it can make a big difference to the outcome.
@Dr Minge - so long as it was a lovely lady sleeping on it, you have no reason to complain!
