It's fun.I draw it in AutoCAD, trace it on the glass and cut and grind. It's fairly precise work, requires attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics, and it a great creative outlet.
I've done a staff which has a 3D flame shape on top of it that I'm also quite happy with.
