Aye, there were some circumstances as to why stuff was left, but they did leave moving out til the last minute.

Mind you, the charges the Landlord was claiming for were ridiculous! £50 to clean cobwebs?! What helped us was the evidence that the Landlord produced. Half of the 'receipts' for work done were actually invoices from a company he uses, that hires workers for him. No receipts from the workers themselves, just this middle company. That his wife runs.
