I was
climbing twice or three times a week and by climbing I mean indoor rock climbing - going up and down an indoor wall around 20m high or so.
I was also adding in a bit of cycling (both on and off road) and the occasional bit of swimming too.

Then I fell off my bike in Scotland back in June.

I had niggling pains in my hip but put it down to the weather, age, too much exercise, not enough exercise, etc. etc.

I've climbed maybe three times in the last MONTH!

*cries*

I went swimming on Sunday for the first time in ages and I've paid for it with pain over the last day or so, but still not as much pain as when I climb.

I'm on the doctor's list to see the physio.

Have I phoned to nag them?

I, like so many of you, am a procrastinator.

I'll do it tomorrow.

The fat is increasing.
